I didn't think that Microsoft deigned to talk to us mere mortals! And as for Dan's suggestion - well, I think Bill has his own problems right now!

If it were me, I'd be tempted to open a free browser email account just to see if it worked with Lexulous. Then you would at least know if the problem was at your end or not.

@moonriver how do you use the old format? I am playing on my android phone. Ever since the new board, I cannot place tiles. Arrows don't work either

Hi Lexolouse.For the old board I just go to Google chrome and type or talk Lexulous.com and it takes me to the old board.I HATED the new board and had the same problems with it as you did.

Why can't the Lexulous people just fix these problems?
What's going on here?

@lexolouse Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Please your cache and retry again regarding the issues with tile placement.

@sakamvari I cleared the cache and it still does not work. Impossible to place tiles. Arrow keys don't work either

@moonriver thanks for the reply. I just tried doing it your way and I am still having the same issue.

I usually use the link provided in the email. But, as you suggested, I went from Chrome to Lexulous.com and I still can't place the tiles down. The tiles move with my finger, but they don't stick. They fly back to the bottom where the other letters are.

@lexolouse Oh I'm sorry you're still having that awful floating letter problem...I feel for you as it's happened to me...very frustrating. And I'm sorry but I don't how to fix that either.

Why don't all the other users like us who are having trouble,bombard Lexulous with emails complaining about these problems we're all having?

I've written to them several times but they can't seem to give me a decent answer let alone a solution!!!
