I can't get my lexulous games either..I even restored my computer & it keeps saying start new games when I already have games to play..frustrating..
@Gloria-Lunn I have had trouble all day. Games there and then gone. Messages that players have deleted the game when they haven't. Not sure what is going on.

Being stuck inside due to covid 19, I depend on Lexulous for some entertqainment, please put it back the way it was.

@Lynn-Marchionna-Ecsedy I clicked the 'hide incoming invitations' link to get rid of the list of games I'm not interested in, & my current games miraculously re-appeared. Might be worth a try?

We are investigating the cause. In the meantime your games should be accessible now. If they are still not accessible please contact via private message so we may look into your account.

i don't know what happens but some days my games all disappear and i can't get them back until they mysteriously appear. this morning they were gone, showed up for a minute and disappeared again. what's the deal??? when this happens i can't invite friends to start new games.
@Miklane-Janner Same here. Now I am unable to start a game from the hosting page. It says "Low completion rate unable to join game".

Just so you know, our team is all working from home amidst the COVID lockdown and quite a few of us were also affected due to a cyclone that hit the region over the past few days. Restoring the services of Lexulous is hence taking more time than expected. Hopefully you will also understand the situation we are in.

There was a big outage that was a result of the completed games not showing up in archives. To fix it we had to shutdown everything and clear up the queue. Sorry for the inconvenience! Your positive support messages were very encouraging for our team13th July 2020

Games were inaccessible for approximately 1 hour starting at 07:30 AM UTC.@lexulous My Lexulous subscription on my Android tablet which I purchased independently from my also extant copy on my iphone, suddenly stopped working with the error message "Unfortunately Lexulous has stopped". I have restarted the tablet, kept it off for 1 minute or longer and tried again, I have deleted the software and reinstalled it, I have deleted the software and switched of the machine and waited for five minutes and then restarted it and reinstalled it, but so far all my efforts have failed to get the software running again. My tablet did not update any other system software or anything else in between and since my Lexulous game works ok on my iphone and through my browser on my apple laptop it would appear the problem is not with your server but something to do with my tablet and the software. Has anyone else had a similar problem and is there a solution you know for it?

@aguntala We released a new version on Android yesterday. Please upgrade and let us know if there's still any problem.

My games also got completely wiped out at some point , I think sometime in April / May for some reason , n now I’ve started a new set of games with new Set of people , is there any way in which they can be retrieved
