@Lily-Ell We can understand your agitation. Just so you know, our team is all working from home amidst the COVID lockdown and quite a few of us were also affected due to a cyclone that hit the region over the past few days. Restoring the services of Lexulous is hence taking more time than expected. Hopefully you will also understand the situation we are in.

@lexulous My Lexulous subscription on my Android tablet which I purchased independently from my also extant copy on my iphone, suddenly stopped working with the error message "Unfortunately Lexulous has stopped". I have restarted the tablet, kept it off for 1 minute or longer and tried again, I have deleted the software and reinstalled it, I have deleted the software and switched of the machine and waited for five minutes and then restarted it and reinstalled it, but so far all my efforts have failed to get the software running again. My tablet did not update any other system software or anything else in between and since my Lexulous game works ok on my iphone and through my browser on my apple laptop it would appear the problem is not with your server but something to do with my tablet and the software. Has anyone else had a similar problem and is there a solution you know for it?

My games also got completely wiped out at some point , I think sometime in April / May for some reason , n now I’ve started a new set of games with new Set of people , is there any way in which they can be retrieved

Around April I couldn't find my games either then they gave me a link to try and it worked till now. Games were there yesterday now can't access anything

love the game, I'm82 and with covid one of the few things I can do.
