losing your turn

I just got hit with a 198 point word and I had an 8 letter word to respond. It took my turn away. This has been happening on a daily basis. Their so-called reporting email doesn't work at all. They have never answered. I'm getting really fed up with their so-called "contact us". Put's me in mind of the government just now.

@lexulous I can't find it, but I guess what's been happening is the word actually shows up but you don't know that until after.
