Admin or a troll with admin privileges has muted my account

@lefttoeshuffle Wow, I didn't know admin did that. What did you say in the lobby? And having seen some of your drivel about things like covid vaccination, all I have to say is: Well done Admin!

@lefttoeshuffle Hey a few questions.
Do you ever actually play scrabble?
Do you secretly call yourself a "bad boy"?
How many fingers am I holding up?You want to be Voldemort, but you're really Tony Danza.
-
My chat's been disabled as well. I won't be playing much more if I can't even politely say hi to my opponent.
-
@dan Idk what your playing name is, but that would be a pity.

Amiln is please to see karma is still relevant in todays world, who was it that called for such system in the first place? Dan Mitchell aka Majorwordster posted the following "Upon reflection, the mod idea would probably be too inconsistent and divisive. A happy medium could be the ability to temporarily and easily mute chat from individuals from within the lobby chat itself. Perhaps a small mute/mic icon next to someone's name, then a mute list tab where we could undo it. Mute list could potentially be cleared if we refresh or log in again so it would be less permanent and quicker than a full censor (and give the disruptive people an incentive to change their behavior). That way we can easily silence those loons who blaze in and spam off-topic nonsense in caps for half an hour. Or just people whose chat you'd rather not read for whatever reasons. This form of easy filtering would help encourage and maintain the regular, respectful flow of chat. People might think twice before misbehaving for fear of getting zapped."
As some folk here would say. "Gosh"

@dan IKR
This is so frustrating
"Admin" are censoring us and "1984ing" us so much that I have resorted to playing in the park with strangers in real life.What would Fauci say?

He'd say to get all your shots!

@dan You've emailed admin of course?

@admln Hi AdmLn, I saw you causing trouble in lobby the other day. Pretty sad. You're definitely one who should be muted or banned. You probably already have been multiple times. Thanks for reminding me of that sensible older post of mine. It's a shame they didn't implement it like that. It's kinda creepy how you're crawling though my older posts and making false assumptions etc. I'm not Major BTW, keep trying.

@dan @lexulous @sakamvari
What's this "Admln"-with-an-L business? New account, but someone who's been around? Is he/she/they/it official, and if so why is "Admin" misspelled?
And how exactly do I get to this "lobby", by the way? I assume the spicy comments have been deleted, so it may not be worth the trip.
Thanks.

@mapmakere
Okay, I clicked on "Live" and saw the word "Lobby" at the bottom. I couldn't see anything else, though, and I didn't seem able to write anything. What do I do now if I want to see scandalous messages, throw in my two cents' worth, and get muted myself? Thanks. -
@roymccoy If you're actually logged in at the site you should be able to see it, but if no one's posting (which seems to be the case just now) you won't see anything. Idk why you can't post tho unless, as I say, you're not logged in to the site.

@roymccoy Don't give up, you can get in there.
In todays lobby show
Racist contortionists at ten
Some unbelievers try to convince believers from dusk till dawn
A man that smells like freckles will try and flirt with anyone at 5 past every hour.
And Map will join in if something accidentally sensical is uttered.

Even a month of Sundays isn't enough for that.
I know, I've tried. -
@roymccoy Yes, saw you observing a few of my games last night. Did you notice the lobby below that game board? That's where the chatting happens. Someone recalled vaguely that one used to have to play a few games before being able to participate there, and there's also an icon upper right in that window that lets you mute/unmute the lobby, and also one to do likewise with the game updates.
