Hi Admins,

In the past few weeks, a player named Wiebenik has been completely unable to log-in for some unknown reason. She is in lexulous jail. Is there some setting from the admin side that would prevent a person from logging in? Are you able to help her out at all via email? She is missed by all!! Thanks!

@scantron I was wondering where she was as well. That should only happen if they have a legit ban on their username. Perhaps it was done in error. She always seemed pretty friendly.

BTW, you misspelt her username in your post. Best not to confuse the admins unnecessarily.

Edit: I see you corrected it. Let's hope she's back soon.

@lexulous She says she has reached out but is still unable to log in. That's why I was wondering if there is some type of setting on the admin side that could prevent someone from logging into the site. I will ask her to reach out to you again.
