Not getting email notices

Not receiving notices of games. Has been going on for over a month. Am constantly told how sorry everyone is but still not getting them.

AGain -- not receiving notices. Three days ago I did -- now, once again, NOTHING.
Please tell me what I need to do to keep receiving notices of my ongoing games.

Got a summary of notices Sunday (3/19). None since then. Also, have not received notices of individual games for weeks and weeks now. Has something changed? I am using Firefox as my browser.
