Forum acting weird

Weird things seem to be happening here as well as the game site.

I noticed that the screenshots that @MapmakerE and @betterlate1-0 uploaded to the threads below were visible for a while but then vanished, I assume without them deleting them manually:

The two threads below have just become active, including a notification icon, despite not receiving replies since Sep 2020 and Feb 2021:

Then there is the 'ERROR in /user/ could not find interpreter, key marbles missing' and 'ERROR in /user/ could not find interpreter, marbles missing' text that is appearing below the posts from certain users. It also appears on their profile page.

There might be more stuff as well but all these little things, particularly on the game site, are kinda sketchy and getting annoying now. Not sure who's doing it. Perhaps a disgruntled developer? Perhaps a regular user messing around? Maybe someone who was given admin rights but is now abusing them? Whatever it is, I think the security and code for the forum and game site need tightening up to prevent people messing around in the backend. And whoever's responsible for all these glitches needs to stop. I do understand that some of the issues could be technical bugs, but clearly not all of them.

I'm tired of all the spam profiles on here as well. Just have a look at https://forum.lexulous.com/users. I've noticed that some of the fake ones advertising scammy crap are using GIF files for their profile pic. I'm unable to upload a GIF file so I assume it's someone with admin privileges who's doing it. Makes me wonder what the true purpose of this forum actually is.
