Can I have a Scottish Saltire on my profile and Scotland as my country not UK and UK flag

Well, flag is UK flag for dictionary in English, but my location is described as UK, which I do not subscribe to, I am SCOTTISH 100% and want Scotland as my location, with a Scottish flag if possible
