Paying for the service and ads have randomly started again

I have been using the service for a while, everything has been fine, then suddenly yesterday I started getting ads again. Checked my account and it says the paid service is active. Emailed customer service and they said to unsubscribe and resubscribe, tried and no change. Then subbed to yearly membership, still ads, then cancelled and resubbed to monthly... Still ads. Deleted and reinstalled ap, still getting ads. What's going on?
