Can't log into Web Version, have app account

I created my account on the app and now I want to log into the web-based version, but I don't know what email address I used. None of the ones I put in the reset password work.

I joined and cannot log in at all, I sign in and get returned to the login page, I requested a password reset and could not reset it as I had a red triangle that told me nothing even though both boxes were filled correctly. Wouldn't mind a game of Scrabble online now and again and have joined ISC but have trouble with the interface and thought I would give this place another go.
