@carol-ann-nasta To answer your question, this is a message board. Anybody in the world can post things and anyone can read them. If you look at the beginning of the post you will see the @ symbol and then a person's name. That means the comment is directed to that person. For example look at the beginning of this post. Do you see your name at the beginning? That means this comment is directed at you.

@carol-ann-nasta The forum is set up so that when one person responds to any comment in the topic, everyone who has said anything on that topic automatically gets an e-mail notifying them of that response. Don't ask me why it's set up that way; it simply is. If you prefer not to keep hearing from various people whose responses you find unhelpful, you can change those default settings so that you only see the conversation if you deliberately click into the forum. I did that myself after finding there were hundreds of e-mails waiting for me! I think the setting is in your Profile under Notifications.

@carol-ann-nasta You've really dragged this thread out haven't you? You seem to have a really negative energy about you. You haven't even fully clarified what your actual issue is. Allow me to help. You play EMAIL games. These games can last for DAYS or WEEKS. Therefore, bingos you get during ongoing email games probably aren't getting added to your list of all bingos or total bingo count until a game is COMPLETED, at which point they will be. This is normal behavior and not a bug. Like I sad in the post I deleted, it's about having patience and completing the game first. If you can't handle that, you can try the LIVE games instead. These can be completed in one sitting and once finished, your stats will be immediately up to date. I'm expecting you to reply to this with a bitter response, but that's your issue, not mine. A simple 'thanks' would suffice. If this isn't 'professional' enough for your liking, I really don't care. Deal with it.

@carol-ann-nasta I think EVERYONE responding on this thread--with the exception, I guess of @bonhi (whose response above was not very helpful either)-- has been a PLAYER, not staff. We have all been in the forums helping each other try to figure out how the newer version of Lexulous works for more than a year now. The fact that you thought we were staff--and that none of us, I think, realized that-- may explain why the conversation has taken the turn it has!
