Renew Lexulous Pro for Windows

I really hope someone can help me because I have e-mailed support numerous times without success. I play Lexulous on my computer. My Pro account expired on February 1st. I cannot renew it. I have had my mom and cousin try for me because we all have different versions of Windows. It won't work for them, either. Today, I finally realized it isn't Lexulous. It is Stripe Checkout. I looked it up and found videos, mostly for developers, but I understand how it works.

I have no idea why it isn't working for any of us. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it!

@bonhi My mom has already tried to gift me Pro. It gives her the same error when she goes to pay. As I said, I don't think the problem is with Lexulous. I think it is with Stripe.
