I haven’t been able to access my games most of today. Went down at noon and still isn’t working. When will it be fixed?

I haven't been able to access my Lexulous acct today, i play everyday, have a paid yearly acct with no ads, even changed my password, still I am not allowed to enter the Lexulous online web site - spent over an hour messing around..... not sure where to go to try and get my access fixed. What a pain and I want to play my email and live games. Thanks for anyone pointing me in the right direction... if the system site is down I'd like to know that and stop spinning my wheels and check later hopefully if this is the case I can understand that...... ??? Sherri
