Playing live

I used to be able to set up a live game on my Android phone through the app that had time controls where I could limit the length of the game and I could add time per play. I can only now set game times I can't add the incremental typical 10 seconds. Does anybody else have that issue?

@pangloss this is pertaining to ‘live’ games and I’m having problems on my iPhone to get a live game. Escape robot keeps challenging and never a real person
