ADMIN????? are you there.... myself and a whole load of other very regular users are being ingnored .. we have been muted in chat. Makes no sense? No emails are being answered new id's are being muted? Hacking needs to be addressed please

Yes Please Raj & Jay, are you guys aware of the bots someone created in the lobby? I assume the same person is responsible for permanently muting terrijay and others. Are you able to fix it?

@atpeacewithgod : I echo that question (loudly and clearly). I have been a paid member of this site (and its several forerunners) since inception and I have gotten no response after reporting two very basic problems : 1 . the inability to place letters in the same spot on the grid of
'playing against the computer games and' 2. The acceptance of a word where an adjacent existing word had been played resulting in a non-word. Screen shots and written descriptions have been supplied. -

Yes, many have. The problem, I've been told, is that 4 people in the lobby have sent screenshots and twisted the message of the posts so that Admin has chosen to mute. Why those people don't use the Censor button is beyond me. They say that censoring makes convos hard to understand. Why would they want to see what is said by a person they want to censor?

Also of interest to many is the fact that arguing and bullying continue daily in the lobby with no repercussions. What happened to consequences for bad behaviors?
