Why is the "Nudge" not working?

I am playing against a person who has not played for 6 days. The "Nudge" does not work, so if I now end the game it affects my Statistics and that's NOT fair to me! Please advise. Thank you.

@martine-brown If a player is not responding to you, just let them be and the system will give you a forced win after 14 days.
