Wow there is a lot of Lex hate over on reddit.
I noticed this post today:
"Wanted to play online scrabble with my young teen, but my advice is to keep your children away from this site. The game itself is good, but it is a haven for abusers. The lobby has a robot that is triggered when a player simply types one of a few select words after which the bot spews out disgusting and offensive ideas many related to abortion, Hitler and death. The atmosphere is harsh and full of bullies who work together in mob formation. The site is rife with security issues including a “player” who is somehow able to pinpoint other players IPs. One look at the sheer number of scammers in the people section of the forum (prostitutes and worse) will tell you all you need to know. The site owners and moderators have been repeatedly informed of these issues and many more via email and the forum, but I have seen zero effort from them to correct the sickness that infests this site. My advice is to protect your children from the angry mob that seems to run this ship and encourage the lobby bullies that want to chat/abuse privately while in game. Too bad because the game is good, but there are others that are good too without sacrificing safety."
I'm amused this person says they have seen 'prostitutes' around. What do you guys think they are talking about?

No idea about that last line, but I note the Reddit post is a year old...since then, that chatbot is gone (tho there's been a new one lately called LobbyNanny which seems harmless), and so are quite a few of those I'd call bullies. I'd say Admin has been quite responsive to complaints about all that. It's much better now, IMO.
