Can anything be done about an obvious cheater?

This person came from out of nowhere and zoomed to near the top of the rankings in the practice game. While I was playing their scores advanced at an astronomical rate far above anything humanly possible. Really infuriating for those of us playing this regularly for a long time.

@veggietater Please mention the player details at [email protected] so that we can investigating the situation you described, and we will be reviewing the player's activity logs to determine if any violations occurred.

@veggietater I would just block the person. Easy enough and you won't encounter him/her until they create a new player ID

I’ve played 1000-some games with two friends by email the past few years.
I don’t bother much with rankings/leaderboardsand so on, but I understand the concerns of those who DO. If the competition becomes “My AI is better than YOUR AI.” there’s no point (and no fun) playing.
ARE there guidelines/rules as to what search tools (if any) are legit? If so, where do we find them?
LEXULOUS is obviously DESIGNED to enable word-searching AS you play (eliminating the risk and fun of CHALLENGING words as one can in F2F Scrabble), so is anything offsite of Lex dodgy? Illegal?
