How do you deal with opponents who take forever to make a move? What's a reasonable time limit in your opinion?

I wait without any complaints. Everyone has things in life to do and I am disabled so days in pain I may not be able to play fast. I also have other games to play if I can but I am patient and have no problem with timing.

You play more than 5 games simultaneously. Some will be fast, some slow, so it balances to medium speed
