How do I remove players that won't play a word for days.

How do I remove players that won't play a word for days. After how many times I nudge them will the game be forfeited. I've been nudging these guys for days and they still haven't played. It's not fair that if I end the game I lose points. So what do I do ?

Be patient, the site sends out a nudge and if not played, eventually the game ends and you win
