Unable to access games

I have been a premium Lexulous player for several years. For the past two weeks I have been unable to access games. It will go to the group that I select, but then it freezes before populating. Does anyone have a solution for this that you can offer me?

I actually want to post the same thing. I play through facebook- 50 games at once- today it wouldn't let me access. I'm new to the forum, and am not sure where/how to post, but can someone help me get on to the game as well?
