This happens when I try to move a letter with mouse. Cannot then move the letter. What can I do to stop it?
@Elaine-Jones Do you still get this problem? Perhaps it is related to some advertisement that is on the screen. Can you check that?

Man thanks for contacting me. Problem was caused by faulty mouse so now sorted.
