Troubleshooting

I am having the same problem as Rose Wendy. I have two outstanding tickets with the admin people at Lexulous but am not having any luck at all getting these resolved.
They responded twice - one response was that they could not recreate the problem, and the other response was that the problem might be related to certain browsers. I have tried 3 different browsers, three different computers, and 3 different email addresses (my games were being played via email) but the same problem continues.
Not impressed with the problem solvers at Lexulous. Can anyone HELP??

@betterlate1 Yes I did. No response at all from them.

@betterlate1 Yes, I informed the admin group. They mentioned this seems to be a problem with some browsers, but I tried 4 different browsers and had the same problem every time. I think that admin group is useless - the last I heard from them was 6 days ago.

@Frank-Van-Ryckeghem Just thinking I use Opera and once I reported it and it was fixed.. no more problems. (so far) Did you try Opera?

@betterlate1 I'll give Opera a try but it seems odd that none of the others work for me. There's alot of people who don't use Opera and seem not to have a problem with Lexulous .

Nope. I loaded up Opera and still have the same problem. I try to put in a word that id valid "wooded" to start the game and it scatters the letters elsewhere on the board and even put a few back in the tray.

@Frank-Van-Ryckeghem Don't know, just no problem with Opera. Speaking because had the same problem and no longer do.

This happened to me recently. If you click on your "GAME #" in the upper right, a menu will appear. You want to click on Auto Zoom and make sure it's OFF. When the Auto Zoom is on, it will keep moving the board around as you've described.

@Frank-Van-Ryckeghem Glad you tried, sorry Opera did not work for you ..still no problem for me . Not familiar with the auto zoom feature so never tried it ..good luck Hope it works

Thank you Diane Skinner!!!! Turning off auto-zoom worked!! And thank you betterlate1 for trying to help!! But I have no faith in the admin group - they never offered up any solutions except to suggest I try another browser!

@Frank-Van-Ryckeghem Uhoh I am not nor have I been part of admin group..I have told others that but apparently they do not believe..only assume. Sorry if there was any confusion. Just glad that works..so if happens to me again, I will try it.

I have not had that issue..do not even know how to spot robots on the people in lobby hanging around. Asked for a way to differentiate but not so far. So still hoping and waiting sorry
