Lexulous puzzle (UK) - I have no control of the letters on the board. They do not place where I point them, but slide e where I put them. Does anyone know what this is all about?

Lexulous puzzle (UK) - I have no control of the letters I try to place on the board. When I drag them they do not stay in the place I put them, but slide a couple of spaces in any direction. Does anyone know what is going on?

Please once try by turning off "Auto Zoom" option.

@vandana Thank you. I always check those settings to make sure all are off. Loss of control of the letters seems independent of that. It does not happen every time I start to play, but during a session it starts to happen and gets more and more difficult. I just quit playing. Looking for help!!
