Do not know if game will not work if I try again but tired of losing so not gonna try it

Game is reset for 10/10 minutes and I cant change it..My settings are 7/0 this started with the same person that i was playing when skin came loose. Tried a few games again ,of course he won 2 in row I think..and then I went to play someone else but all settings were gone. This is crazy i did nothing at all to cause anything. Skins did not move when I played that one though. If you are frustrated reading this i am really frustrated trying to play

not getting your points...can u explain the problem you r facing ? Is this with live or email game?
