Admit the new version is a mistake and ditch it.

Honestly, the new version is a completely broken mess of countless bugs and missing features. An exercise in frustration. All I've seen so far is negative feedback in there. The best idea would be to employ someone to port the old flash version to HTML5 or whatever this new one is using. I'm pretty sure the user base will decline unless we get the old layout and features back. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Old version wasn't broken, this new one is. Temporary measure at best. BTW, I've been playing since Scrabulous days and never had a problem with previous changes until now.

@dan-mitchell No one asked my opinion but here it is..you like others are sounding so entitled. It is not like Raj and Jay asked for this. Flash stopped being supported by Adobe. They were nice enough to work on this so site can keep going. You might try patience and gratitude. They could have just closed the site. I was also here since scrabulous and you are spoiled..I am too but deal with it

@betterlate1 Thanks. I was actually considering adding something along the lines of "apologies if I sound demanding" etc (although don't think I was by calling new version a mistake). The truth is, it's because I care about the site. I want it to work smoothly for everyone and be successful. I'm not gonna sugarcoat things. I'm not saying they have to work 24/7 to get it right. I'm patient. Don't even mind if it closes for a while. Like I said, userbase will drop off dramatically otherwise, mark my words.

@dan-mitchell There are changes that need to be made.. but they are trying. I see changes I would like to make but first will wait patiently for them to do what they can..if I did not like this site so much would not have gone thru what some have put me through to play here..so patience is name of the game. Nice to see you are an adult . Thanks for your comments to me

THIS. A hundred times THIS.
I find the new version clunky and unusable. The old site was fine, and the new site is pretty terrible. It's clunky and buggy. Even if the bugs were ironed out, the interface changes have made playing much less enjoyable.
I'm sorry if I sound entitled, but I will go play another game if the new site is the only alternative.

Hello everyone!
We understand that the new changes have a lot of bugs. We are constantly working on fixing them and ironing out the various issues which are standard when any new version of a website or app is launched.
We HAD to make these changes because Flash is no longer supported by Adobe and will soon be barred from loading by all browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.
Please note that:

Your comments are being heard. We will take note of problems you face and we WILL FIX THEM! Keep posting about the problems you face and provide as much information as you can, for example, by attaching screenshots. This will help us replicate the issues and fix them quicker.
