Games not loading properly

In this new format on my tablet (android) I am unable to start a new game. If I match or join a game I do not see anything accept the board. No game number or options, no opponent name, no scores, no clock, no chat, no dictionary. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Works fine on PC.

The board is appearing too large on my desktop screen -bottom missing and I can't play- Zoom is unchecked Also I can;t get the game on an oldish ipad or iphone (app says 'not on this device) isn't there an older version that might work??

@mariettalex maybe you should go to monitor settings and make them smaller
