Don't Understand My Rating

I started out my live game with my rating being 1589. My opponent presumably resigned the game - that is what I was told - so I guess I won the game - my question is why didn't my score increase? I am still rated at 1589.

@hellothere459 were there any moves made? If no move and game is deleted no changes..had they made a move and then resigned or quit..then there would be a change. Hope this helps

@hellothere459 Try refreshing the page in future after the game ends. Your rating should then be updated accordingly.

@dan-mitchell refreshing seems to fix just about any issue once the game is played ..and sometimes before it begins..i assumed there was no play.
