@thatguythere202 For future reference, you can also view the downvoters if you click on the number between the arrows. Took me a while to figure that out.

@dan-mitchell in my case hovering doesn't show names of downvoters, for some reason. Oh well.

@thatguythere202 Hovering over the number between the arrows only shows the names of upvoters. What I mean is click that number, then view the downvoters, then hover over or click the pics for more info. Unless that's what you tried.

@dan-mitchell right OK, it is working for you the same way as for me. (Not that I intend to follow up frequently or intensely on who is upping and downing who else!)

@thatguythere202 if you click on the initial or anything else on there you will see who it is. I did not really pay much attention to downvotes or up until i started seeing nothing but downvotes and by no one other than the same ones
