Tiles still visually unplayable, losing all games

Going on a couple of weeks. Lex CS said to change zoom settings. When I do, via Firefox, it simply enlarges or reduces the page as is. Been about 2 weeks now.
Am I in the wrong place?
Problem, enlarged scred number now equal in size as letter and filling up the tile. -
