Connection lost

I consistently get this message in a red bar at the top of the game:
Connection lost reconnecting.

Frustrating..I have to jump thru a few hoops to get back in the game and by then I have lost a lot of time. This happens 2 - 3 times each game

@bestofgdo Hi, I have this issue typically when my own connection is slow.
For me it is quicker to refresh page than to wait, and you can get straight back into play.

Please make sure that the game room is open only in one window/tab. Also as suggested by @Sparks refresh/reload of page will do the job.

Even refreshing takes a long time..I am destined to lose each game

@sparks And if you have a kind opp, they'll make up the time lost if necessary.

@bestofgdo Not sure about that, refreshing is rather quick? If possible please take a video of what happens and share via email to [email protected]. Does not seem to be an issue at our end though.
