Opponents' brilliancies yield 'Move Strength' 0%

It might do wonders for my ego but the 'Move Strength' percentages (obtained by clicking above the board at the top left) lists all my opponents' moves as 0% even when they get good scores! Mine are as expected. Is it a bug?
