Endgame Score

Please explain how the scoring iw done. After winning or losing a game, the score changes by several points. How is this calculated? In the old method, I could keep track of my wins and losses, but now I have no idea what is going on.

Also, I miss the feature that tells how long agp my partner played. In general, the previous verswion was much more user friendly. Can I go back to the older version?
