    @terrijay you need to update the bots you use or perhaps deal with the reason you need to play very fast games to perhaps keep the OCD in check. Elastic bands on the wrists are said to be helpful for those who, like you suffer from OCD, what happened to you to cause the OCD is not your fault nor is it other peoples, so rather than take it out on people trying to mind their own business try the elastic band method first, (you twang/flick the band into your wrist with every unwanted thought you have whilst waiting for the tile recall to sort itself out) good luck with the therapy.
