I lost 100 points on September 6th...I sent an email to email@example.com, waited the 48 hours & I inboxed Lexulous through Facebook. There I got a different email to use...firstname.lastname@example.org I have heard NOTHING back. I lost another 100 today...I am not happy. How do I get this fixed?

@norma-planedin If your account is quite new and you haven't played that many games, you can gain or lose large amounts like that until your rating averages out.
If you've been playing for longer and that suddenly started happening out of nowhere, then it's a problem. Let them know the game numbers and your Lex ID. Hopefully they respond.
