@roymccoy Amen to that @roymccoy - go to a recipe book and try and find Dijon Sauce! And Champagne or champagne is not different to Burgundy or burgundy. One is proper noun the other is noun or even an adjective in the true science of "descriptive" words

Why is DIJON not permitted...I know it's a place in France but it is also an adjective - DIJON mustard!

We have Burgundy wine and burgundy is acceptable in SOWPODS - why not DIJON
