@jan5 I don't block those people who do not reply to a simple "Hello". I just drop them as players. Since i started playing online i feel that there are some people who view their opponent as just one more peripheral unit to their computing device instead of real people, like themselves.
@allenathome We request you to please share some more details of any error message that you get? Maybe you can share a screenshot with us at [email protected]. If you need help in taking a screenshot, please visit How to take a screenshot (take-a-screenshot.org)
@kathy-ackerman-snyder It looks like some of the issues have finally been resolved. My User Name has been changed back and my Stats appear to be restored. Yeah!
@lee-kempster To turn back on showing incoming requests on Lexulous, follow these steps:
Go to the Lexulous website and sign in to your account.
Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of the page.
In the "Settings" menu, click on the "Notifications" tab, and turn on the menu that you have accidently turned off.
@sandi-rosenthal-berliner When you're on the live game site (idk about email), right click Settings, then choose Account, then Display Name. You'll see a little pencil or the word edit. Just delete the name that's there and type the one you want.
AND!!! Click Save and wait for it to tell you that changes have been saved,
@sheena-s
Same issue here. This is so frustrating. I've gone from playing thousands of games to 2, and my stats have dropped from the 1800's to 1500's.
