rematch game on the email version

I think it would be great if a rematch with V2 worked as quickly as a rematch with the old board. if the "rematch" ever resolves after answering yes to "use the same configuration" I don;t know but i have given it more than ample time to do so and it does not but just shows the 'working" spinner icon. The only way that i have been able to rematch is to go to the home screen of my games and rematch form the "won" list.
