New email game bug

Twice with the same opponent the game ended with the message 'both players passed so the game is over.'
Only thing is neither of us passed! And both times it was fairly early in the game.
Very annoying.

Hopefully you'll notice the message when it's loaded says we both passed, but if you look at the move list: no passes!
