Censoring a player

Admin, I have tried to censor a player numerous times now and all i get is a box to accept to censor the player and then the request is cancelled.
This particular player is, I am sure known to you. (300 emails a day i guess) particulary bitter, I want the lobby to be a pleasant place to be to chat to my friends however without being able to censor this person this is not happening. -
@terrijay hm I know there are a number of glitches still with the game, but my censors always seem to work. I wonder what's up.

@terrijay The most reliable method to censor someone is going to settings, censor list and then entering their numerical Lex ID. For example yours is 8645-4747-5381. You don't need to worry about the hyphens.

@terrijay YOU are the vitriol in the lobby and have been for years. You the injured party is a joke. If I only told 1/3 of what you have done as I sat here quietly and took it. You lie but its ok if you can convince them you earn it until get discovered when it backfires @saamvari if you don't know the harassment he/she and friends give....but she/he is mad at me because I told them this is not their site to put wordle graphs in and she started raising a stink believe it or not that is the troublemaker and I am not as patient as I used to be in this lobby but still not as vicious as that one. She wants attention if you read back you will see that. It is their quest for attention. Terrijay is the one responsible for all the - next to my name and numbers and so much more.

@betterlate1-0 @terrijay congratulations I have censored you, I used to keep my eye on you to keep your lies to a minimum now I censored so if you want to lie do it. You and a couple of your pals have turned everyone in the lobby against me and playing me with your lies so now it does not matter how much more you lie

@thatguythere202 it has changed names and now here in 2 names I am guessing. Has to get that attention. I censored it and can't see so of course can only guess since they both logged in same time
