    When I play a word, the bar on the right of the score box doesn't register a number (i.e., percentage). It slides up and down and says Nan%. I have no idea how to contact the folks at Lexulous other than by this means. But something is wrong and needs to be fixed. Thanks.

    Same here. It's been like this for hours.

    You might try [email protected].

    But something is wrong and needs to be fixed.

        @57chevvie They wrote back and asked me to send a screen shot. Unfortunately, I'm a dinosaur and don't know how to do that. I tried to access their response screen. I had to log in and type my password. I've been using the same sign-in info since I first signed up ages ago. And they tell me the info I'm giving them isn't right and I'm denied access. So I give up. Maybe someone else wants to deal with this mess. It seems to me that the original Lexulous people sold out to a larger company and they don't know what they're doing. This "game" has become a major pain.

            @lusciousgrape Would you please write to [email protected] and tell them. They'll send a form msg to you asking you to give them a screen shot. I don't know how to do that.                 That's a standard technique of theirs to avoid doing anything. I bet the guy didn't even check the game. If he had, and he wasn't just putting you off, he would have immediately seen what was happening without needing a screenshot. Here's the one I took:

Unfortunately, they still don't recognize my name/ password, so I created a new ticket (I think) and included your screen shot in that. Trying not to get too disgusted.                                     They should have corrected the name to 'Score strength' while they were at it as per our previous suggestions (and this thread title).
