@jean-drysdale I’m in the same boat. I’m so frustrated. The admins. don’t respond. I want to play the game so I opened another acct. Now I have new player status and can’t get accepted with seasoned players. This is my very favorite game and I’ve essentially been ousted. Even suggestions on this forum don’t seem to work! @oumari-yorke The same thing happened to me. I have sent several requests to Facebook and Lexulous.com requesting they reinstate my 12+ year old account and my long standing stats. I’d even pay to get it back. No response or computer response that was not helpful. I’m so frustrated!
If I find a way to retrieve my acct I’ll let you know. I have my account number…to no avail.
