@bonhi is there anything you can do to turn my chat back on. It has been turned off for several days. I think it was turned off after I posted about the beeping. I have emailed Lexulous several times and not received any help. Thank you.

You have a beeping noise in the game. People are probably turning their sound off but then they don't hear challenges coming their way.

Why does my post show as a draft and something about a path undefined came up. Meanwhile please fix a couple of glitches. Please prevent app players from joining games without asking. Please fix the problem with Lexulous forcing me to reboot when players don't accept or reject a game request. Thank you.

1. Please fix it so that app players cannot join games without requesting.
2. Please fix it so that when someone doesn't disposition a game request that the person making the request is left hanging and has to reboot.

@MapmakerE That is what I do. I am very apologetic about it but they have the right to know. I guess it hangs them up for a while too and they have to listen to a bunch of ads. I censor them before the game times out too. From what I understand Lex generates these games for them so they don't necessarily choose us. Not sure if that is true or not but definitely a glitch that should be fixed for everyone's sake.

Chat started working again so I am not sure if you fixed it today or what. But in the meanwhile I do wonder if Lex has auto word detection that turns the chat off on both players when one of them starts calling names? I have started saving screen shots of players doing this but in the past when I reported it Lex turned my chat off pending an investigation which is frustrating. I just try to put up with abusive players but it is also a bummer to have to request my chat be turned on every few days. Anyway thank you!

@bonhi please see another response to you about chat. It is disabled again and I think it might be because the other player called me names and it triggers a Lex bot? my player ID is 4428-9115-6330

Hi bonhi, thank you. It was on but went off again. I think that it could be Lexulous is using word detect bots to turn off chats because this seems to happen everytime a player calls me names. This time I saved screen shots of the player calling me a chea$er. I can send them if you want. I am not using the word since it seems to trigger Lex. I hope this can be fixed so as to not penalize the player who doesn't engage in name calling. I enjoy having chat and it is one of the reasons I pay to play. Thank you

Yesterday I was disconnected and my chat stopped working. You turned it back on and now it is off again. I have noticed a pattern when other players call me names then my chat goes off. This time I saved screen shots of the player calling accusing me of chea$ing and even following me into to my private chat. At no point did I respond to the player. I am afraid to even use the real word the player used because it seems like Lexulous has a word auto detect that may be triggered when players use it. I have the screen shots if you want me to send them but in the meanwhile please turn my chat back on. I am a paid subscriber and have found that sending emails privately to Lexulous do not go through. Thank you

People who behave this way are trolls not robots.

@anexparrot Not exactly correct. If you select all they will all exchange. You have to put back what you want to keep as opposed to deselecting what you don't want. I learned this the hard way!
