This was some kind of general system crash on March 4 of this year and I think a lot of people lost the game(s) they were playing. It was right at the end of mine, and I had won with ATTIC. After writing about it three times, I got the reply:
I was having trouble accessing my account and getting my won game back, so I wrote nine more times about it, even including a screenshot of the final position (which I vainly hoped might be reconstructed) until they finally said:
Sorry for the delay in reply. At the moment our entire team is working in isolation from different cities due to COVID-19. The game number has been removed from the system because it was corrupted during system downtime. Apologies for the inconvenience.I've assumed it was more or less the same situation now, hence my pessimism.
