This was some kind of general system crash on March 4 of this year and I think a lot of people lost the game(s) they were playing. It was right at the end of mine, and I had won with ATTIC. After writing about it three times, I got the reply:
There were some issues on the site/app for approximately 3-4 hours. Everything is back to normal.
In case you are having trouble accessing your account, please write back and we shall help you.
I was having trouble accessing my account and getting my won game back, so I wrote nine more times about it, even including a screenshot of the final position (which I vainly hoped might be reconstructed) until they finally said:
Sorry for the delay in reply. At the moment our entire team is working in isolation from different cities due to COVID-19.
The game number has been removed from the system because it was corrupted during system downtime. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I've assumed it was more or less the same situation now, hence my pessimism.
@sakamvari many times I have no idea there is a game because there is no sound at all . Also, people start games without me even acknowledging them. I return to my computer to find my time is almost out or they have used 3 or more minutes waiting for me to play.
@beehelpme You do not need to know definitions to use the words you have seen used and then use yourself. You can be sure if someone questions or accuses your word howf, they are now using it themselves.
