Option to disable new bingo animation
-
The new 'party time' animation when you or your opponent get a bingo is cool, but please add an option to disable it. I can imagine it becoming particularly annoying in very short games as it stays on screen for around three seconds. Some of us like to play with as few distractions as possible e.g. no sounds, animations, tooltip banners, ads, chat etc. Thank you.

@dan I fully support this request. I was about to add that I had only seen them on opponents' bingos, not on my own. But I have seen both now.

@dan I don't play many fast games these days, but I too would like to be able to disable the new animation!

I like it but I play slower games. I could see it as an option for sure. I once suggested an optional 'sound on' when the opp is running out of time, too.

@thatguythere202 I should have read what had been recently requested before i made my post. It was kind of fun about 2 times, but got old fast....

If they're not going to add a basic option to disable it (such as they did for sounds, numbered board etc), then they should save the confetti graphics for when you, and you alone, have actually won the game. Bingos aren't uncommon or particularly special, so I'd rather not have a party in my face every time I get one. And why should it also appear when our opponent gets one? It's their bingo, so let them experience the confetti if they want, but not the person who's just conceded one.
Perhaps this is why my account was suddenly disabled. The developer who added it was like 'You don't like my new confetti animation? You have the audacity to complain about it in the forum? Well, now you no longer have to experience it; bye-bye!'.
