My Lexulous account is inaccessible

    Very strange this. Ever since shortly after posting yesterday regarding the new bingo animation, I've been unable log in to my lex account. I've always kept 'remember me' checked, so my email and password are saved. Tried my username/password as well but no joy. Please could someone reach out to me because it looks like my account has been banned/blocked and there's absolutely no reason for that.

        @thatguythere202 Yes, I'm still locked out sadly. And glad to know it's not just me. Pretty sketchy tbh.

        I also tried making a new account out of frustration. I verified my email and managed to play one game, although I did notice that chat isn't working. Now however, all subsequent logins with the new account just go to a black screen. My main account isn't letting me in at all. Guess I'll be using ISC for a while.

          @dan For what it's worth, I've had zero issues and have signed out and back in several times. Maybe somehow the saved password got corrupted and you can re-enter it?

                  @mistertoad Yes. Unfortunately, decent customer service and help from staff appear to be nonexistent these days. I won't be recommending this company to anyone until they get their act together.

                    To be fair, I emailed them a few weeks back and they fixed a scoring problem for me right away. Writing to them at [email protected] is the best option for workaday issues, I think.

                          @scantron Still trying to see that. When does the confetti bingo appear? I play on the app on my Android phone but don't see confetti...
