All past games wiped clean

The same thing has happened to me! I've worked many, MANY years to accumulate my stats and past games and they've both been wiped, in addition to the 16 games I have in progress, some with players I've been playing for years! Please allow an option to revert back so people can keep the stats/metrics/games they've worked more than a decade for, to accumulate!

This looks to have something to do with server maintenance, which has been going on for some time now; There is a message on the FB site that says:
IMPORTANT - ACT NOW Scheduled server maintenance will start soon. To ensure your games are not lost, please visit www.lexulous.com IMMEDIATELY and click on the blue FACEBOOK button.
I thought I did this but it made no difference. I've been reset. I first saw the message this morning.
Also, games don't load on the FB desktop site.

@paulo-pereira Same! I clicked on the server maintenance thing and lost 15 years of stats!

@paulo-pereira same thing just happened to me... I hope the game was not hacked.... and we get restored asap....they are going to be dealing with thousands of these complaints!!!

@paulo-pereira The same thing has happened to me. I followed the instructions on the game and I temporarily got a new format of the game. It was awful...full of ads. My game keeps reverting back to the old format which I prefer anyway, but I would like to know how to get my lost players and my history/stats back. I hope that you get a reply as it seems to be affecting many people.

When is the server maintenance going to happen already? This is the third day I've seen the message.

The "old" interface is still available. If I go to this page https://apps.facebook.com/lexulous/
then click on Archive, I can see games well into the past. -
@paulo-pereira I've had all the same problems. What would be lovely is if the developers could be bothered to answer.

@paulo-pereira By the way, hope this helps some people, but when you're logged into www.lexulous.com and click on the "Email" tab at the top, then it should display all your old facebook games that got deleted with this stupid merge. This still does NOT fix the metrics or stats issue but at least you can find people you've been playing with forever. I HIGHLY recommend grabbing all their lex IDs once you find the games through the "Email" tab. My trust in the lexulous admins and the system as a whole is completely ZERO at this time, so I'm storing all lex IDs of people I've been playing with in a Word document!

@oumari-yorke Same here. It has reverted to an old User Name and Stats that are years old. I have sent 2 emails regarding the issue. I am able to see and play the 7 games I was playing. Also, I no longer get Notifications when it's my turn. I have tried multiple times to change it back to the User Id I was using - no luck at all.....

@oumari-yorke The same thing happened to me. I have sent several requests to Facebook and Lexulous.com requesting they reinstate my 12+ year old account and my long standing stats. I’d even pay to get it back. No response or computer response that was not helpful. I’m so frustrated!
If I find a way to retrieve my acct I’ll let you know. I have my account number…to no avail.

Ditto. I see the "Server Maintenance" message is now gone. Too bad it broke our stats for those of us that clicked on it..... I have sent emails to the "Help" Team. So far, no resolution.

On Facebook I'm still seeing the wrong stats for games played, won and lost. But my old bingos are displayed back to 2013. On lexulous.com I'm only seeing bingos from this month. Very odd.

@jean-drysdale I’m in the same boat. I’m so frustrated. The admins. don’t respond. I want to play the game so I opened another acct. Now I have new player status and can’t get accepted with seasoned players. This is my very favorite game and I’ve essentially been ousted. Even suggestions on this forum don’t seem to work! My account # is 144505144557 and I’d welcome a game with you. Thanks,
