There was a big outage that was a result of the completed games not showing up in archives. To fix it we had to shutdown everything and clear up the queue. Sorry for the inconvenience! Your positive support messages were very encouraging for our team 😀

The completed games are taking longer than usual to show up in your archive section. Don't worry, the results are there. They will get displayed soon.

Games were inaccessible for approximately 5 hours starting at 02:00 PM UTC.

Hello, I'd be very grateful for some help. I tried to play with a friend today and failed because I couldn't get to the page with all the rooms. I kept being redirected to www.lexulous.com/live/beta instead of just www.lexulous.com/live. Is this a problem related to the maintenance? I never signed up to try beta nor did I click on a room called "beta", I was simply redirected there everytime I tried to go on the Play Live page.

@Lawrence-Dodd-0 The page with all the rooms requires Flash which is not available on most browsers now. New players are automatically being sent to the new game room (currently in BETA mode). Please ask your friend to access the same game room and you will be able to start a game.

Hello, I haven't received any 'my turn' email move notifications for about two weeks. In case it was a problem with my email address I changed my registered email, but that has not made any difference. I have checked that in Settings the Email Notifications are turned on - and they are. Is there anything else that I can try or has Lexulous stopped sending email move notifications to me?

I can't get to mine either. I was playing a game, it said there was a problem and Lexulous had to close. When I reopened it all my games I was playing were gone.

@Maureen-Solecki my games have just returned after I clicked next in the two new games I started. It took about 45 minutes.

I can't get to my board of players and games. So where is the answer? I can only choose new players to play with and they're all cartoon people!
When I click forward I can get an old player but have no idea how many are playing with me.
